Affiliate Agreement for Self Made HubLast Updated: 12/22/24This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("Affiliate") and Self Made Biz, LLC ("Company"). By submitting an application to participate in the Self Made Hub Affiliate Program ("Program") and/or by participating in the Program, Affiliate expressly agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Application and Acceptance

1.1 To participate in the Program, Affiliate must complete an Affiliate Program application ("Application") accurately and completely.1.2 The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any Application at its sole discretion for any or no reason.1.3 Upon acceptance, Affiliate will receive an email with details about accessing the affiliate portal, obtaining Affiliate Links, and additional instructions.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Affiliates shall earn commissions only on membership products as follows:

Level 1: 30% of gross revenue from customers directly referred by the Affiliate using their unique Affiliate Link.Level 2: 10% of gross revenue from customers referred by Level 1 Affiliates.

2.2 Commissions are calculated after any discounts and before payment processing fees.2.3 Commissions are only earned for completed sales tracked through the affiliate tracking system and attributed to the Affiliate's unique link. No manual adjustments will be made for tracking errors.2.4 Refunds, chargebacks, or unpaid transactions will result in a reversal of any associated commissions.2.5 Additional spiffs can be paid on other programs and will be at the discretion of Self-Made Biz

3. Payouts

3.1 Payments are issued monthly, on the 15th day of each month, provided the total owed exceeds $50 USD. Unpaid balances roll over to the next payment period.3.2 Payments are processed via Paypal. Affiliates are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payment details.3.3 Affiliates must submit all required tax forms (e.g., W-9 or W8-BEN) before any payment is issued.

4. Cookies and Tracking

4.1 The Program uses tracking cookies to attribute sales to Affiliates. Cookies last for 365 days from the initial click on the Affiliate Link.4.2 If a customer clicks multiple Affiliate Links, the most recent link will receive the commission.

5. Promotional Materials

5.1 Company will provide approved promotional materials ("Materials") for Affiliate’s use. Affiliate may not alter the Materials without prior written consent.5.2 Affiliate may only use Materials to promote Company’s products and services. Unauthorized use or misrepresentation is grounds for termination.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliate may not:

Use spam or unsolicited communication to promote Company’s products.Misrepresent Company’s products or services.Use misleading, offensive, or illegal advertising methods.. Bid on Company’s branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns.Use any Company trademarks or intellectual property outside of approved Materials.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All rights to Company trademarks, logos, and promotional content remain with the Company.7.2 Affiliate grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Affiliate’s name and logo for promotional purposes related to the Program.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.8.2 The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.8.3 Upon termination, Affiliate must cease using all Materials and remove all references to Company from their platforms.8.4 Affiliates will receive earned commissions for transactions completed before the termination date, subject to any deductions for refunds or chargebacks.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliate agrees to keep all non-public information shared by the Company confidential and not to use it for any purpose other than participation in the Program.

10. Liability and Indemnification

10.1 Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Affiliate’s participation in the Program.10.2 Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Affiliate’s breach of this Agreement.

11. Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Michigan, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan, USA.

By participating in the Self Made Hub Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.Self Made Hub
